Well to put it simply, do you know of any assembler or C compiler for this hardware?

Since emulateur is now avaible, I suppose a correct documentation exist, isn't?

Not just an emulator, but a debugger for PCFX as well (mednafen). The mednafen author compiled some demos for the PCFX, so she would now. I think she used a version of gcc, but I don't think there's any PCFX library yet.

There are at least 3 compilers that target V810: fxcc, gcc, and CodeWarrior. Perhaps a fourth one, if NEC's early V810 compiler isn't the same as fxcc.
